Abstract: Rosebank is a two-storey late Victorian Italianate villa designed by Architect Varney Parkes located at 17 Speed Street, Liverpool. As part of Liverpool Council's renovation and restoration of the property, minor archaeological excavation was conducted after an addition in the 1950s was removed prior to the restoration works commencing.
