Any works to the properties therefore require approval from the NSW Heritage Council prior to their commencement. An Archaeological Assessment (M) and Archaeological Research Design (ARD) addressing the proposed works was submitted for Section 60 approval in 2016. The Section 60 permit was approved in 2016 and monitoring of the minor works took place in September 2016
