Title: Former St Peter's church Leeton feasibillty study 1992
metadata.dc.contributor.corpauthor: Prepared by Freeman Collett and Partners for the Parish of St Peter's Anglican church, Leeton and the Anglican Diocese of Riverina
Issue Date: 1992
Description: The Building was constructed in 1915 from mud blocks made by the local parish. It has suffered continual structural problems that have required such measures as additional brickwork, buttressing, cement rendering and underpining. To an extent these works appear to have been successful however there is a current problem resulting from termite attack to structural roof members in addition to the continuing breakdown of the wall structure. Furthermore, there is the need to undertake extensive on-going maintenance in the form of patching, rendering and painting. Further work should also be undertaken to the stormwater drainage system.
