dc.description	Jemena Limited is proposing to remediate the Gasworks' site and a Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) is being prepared on behalf of Jemena to support a Development Application (DA) to be submitted to Goulburn Mulwaree Council (Council) for the remediation of the former Goulburn Gasworks' site. The DA seeks development consent for the remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater associated with historical Gasworks' wastes at the site. As part of the SEE a heritage assessment is required of the former Goulburn Gasworks' site to identify potential heritage issues relating to the proposed remediation work.	en
