dc.descriptionGML Heritage (GML) pty Ltd was engaged by Parramatta Leagues Club care of APP Corporation Pty Ltd (APP) to prepare an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Report (ACHAR) and an Archaeological Technical Report (ATR) for the Parramatta Leagues Club redevelopment project. The ATR will form an Appendix to the ACHAR, which will be submitted to the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) to support an application for an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP), under Section 90 of the National Parks and Wildlife Act (NPW Act) Act 1974 for the Parramatta Leagues Club redevelopment project. This report forms part of the Environmenta l Assessment for the study area prepared under Part 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EPA Act). The purpose of this document is to provide Registered Aboriginal Parties (RAPs) with information about the Parramatta Leagues Club and an opportunity to input into the project methodology and Archaeological Research Design (ARD).en
