dc.descriptionEco Logical Australia Pty Ltd (ELA) has been commissioned by Peter Grey Special Projects (Pty) Ltd on behalf of AV Jennings to prepare a Heritage Impact Statement (HIS) for landscape works proposed on, and adjacent to, the historic Denbigh property at Cobbitty, NSW. Denbigh is listed on the State Heritage Register (SHR 01691 ). The Arcadian Hills Estate subdivision and development of land, between the Denbigh SHR curtilage and the Northern Road at Cobbitty, has been approved and is under construction. This assessment comprises works associated with the construction of a new driveway and a landscaped mound. The landscaped mound straddles the common boundary between SHR curtilage and the residential development lot. In addition, the construction of a new access driveway is proposed outside the SHR curtilage. Connection to the Denbigh original driveway inside the SHR curtilage has been assessed in a separate report.en
