Based on these results it is recommended that any future excavation in the rear yard should be the subject of an archaeological assessment. The rear yard is in an area that has high potential for relics relating to the c. 1826 Durham Cottage and associated outbuildings. Any future excavation in this zone needs to be assessed for the potential in impacting the relics. Further archaeological excavation, test excavation or salvage, is recommended for any works within the vicinity of these relics.en
