| Abstract: | Godden Mackay Logan (GML) Pty Ltd has been commissioned by the Catchments and Lands Division of the Department of Primary Industries (Crown Lands) to prepare a Conservation Management Plan (CMP) for Yasmar Reserve, 183–185 Parramatta Road, Haberfield. The purpose of this CMP is to provide a framework for the ongoing management of Yasmar, including decisions about its conservation, future use and development. The report is also intended to provide a reference for current and future applications for works to the site. This CMP has been prepared to provide Crown Lands with a definitive assessment of the heritage significance and curtilage of Yasmar Reserve as a whole in order to guide, and mitigate potential heritage impacts of, future development proposals for the site. |
