dc.description	This Conservation Management Plan (CMP) was prepared for AMP Capital Investors Limited to manage the heritage significance of the former Hinchcliff Woolstore located at 5-7 Young Street. This report follows submission of the original draft CMP in November 2012 and subsequent review by City of Sydney Council (Council) and reissue of a second draft (November 2013) as part of the Stage 1 Development Application (D/2013/1942) as outlined in Table 1. This issue #4 incorporates suggested revisions from the Office of Environment and Heritage. The previous issue #3 incorporates revisions from City of Sydney Council and follows a peer review by City Plan Heritage. This CMP was prepared in response to Stage 2 DA lodgement requirements for the Quay Quarter Sydney project, however the CMP is a standalone document.	en
