Abstract

This Conservation Management Plan (CMP) was prepared for NSW Land and Housing· Corporation (NSW LAHC) to manage the significant elements of the subject site, being No. 46-48 Argyle Place, Millers Point. The purpose of this CMP, comprising both Part 1 (authored by Urbis) and Part 2 (authored by the NSW Heritage Council), is to guide the conservation and management of the significant elements of the subject site, as well as the heritage significance of neighbouring and nearby State Heritage listed items and the wider Millers Point conservation area/precinct generally. It is also intended to assist the property owners to manage maintenance and new works to the site.
